AN UNUSUAL PRESENTATION OF PELVI URETERIC JUNCTION OBSTRUCTION

Abstract


20 Yr old male patient presented with complaints of abdominal distension and pain for 2 days following trivial trauma (Fall On Floor) .He also gave Previous history Of        progressive abdominal distension for 1 Year. USG And CECT KUB revealed right gross Hydronephrotic Kidney with urinoma

.Left kidney was not visualised. Emergency laparotomy done ,2 litres Of fluid drained , Nephrostomy and DJ Stent kept.After 6 weeks patient readmitted. MRI KUB and DTPA revealed crossed renal ectopia left to right with PUJ                       obstruction. Cystoscopy was normal and RGP done.                Operative findings are right gross hydronephrosis with            intrarenal peivis and which was extending up to pelvic brim,We did uretero calicostomy.We came to the diagnosis of crossed renal ectopia left to right with fusion with PUJ          obstruction with traumatic rupture of hydronephrotic pelvis with urinoma
