• Name, email address, institutional affiliation, ORCID ID and related author metadata when you register or submit manuscripts.
• Profile fields or other data you voluntarily enter during submission or account setup.

• Device and system information (device model, operating system, browser/WebView version).
• IP address, timestamps, pages viewed and basic usage metrics for performance and diagnostics.
• Cached content stored locally for faster loading or offline reading.

C. Cookies and local storage

The App and Website use session cookies and local storage only to maintain sessions, preferences, and cached content. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Permissions required by the App

The App is designed as a minimal WebView wrapper and requests only necessary permissions:

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect data. All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Access to identifiable data is limited to authorized personnel. While we follow best practices, no system is completely secure.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to withdraw consent where applicable.
