Successful management of a case of left ventricular free wall rupture

Abstract


Cardiac rupture is a complication of myocardial
infarction with an exceedingly
high mortality rate. Imaging modalities,
such as echocardiography, have facilitated
premortem diagnosis, thus increasing
chances of survival.
