A Rare Case of Tetralogy of Fallot with Major Aorto Pulmonary Collateral Arteries

Abstract


Tetralogy of Fallot is one of the most common  cyanotic  congenital heart disease presentsin early childhood. It is   characterised by right ventricular outflow tract  obstruction (RVOT), ventricular septal defect(VSD),     dextroposition of aorta and right ventricular hypertrophy. Here I present a rare case of tetralogy of Fallotpresented in  adulthood with rare major  aorto-pulmonary collateral arteries( MAPCA)
