AN UNUSUAL TUMOUR OF PANCREAS - A CASE REPORT
Abstract
Abstract : Solid pseudopapillary tumour (SPT) of pancreas is
a rare unusual tumour of pancreas .The diagnosis of SPT is
based on their typical histological characteristics. SPT usually
presents as a asymptomatic mass in abdomen. Here we
report a case of SPT of pancreas which was operated in our
department of general surgery , stanley medical college
hospital
