Avascular Autologous Fibular Strut Grafting for Giant Cell Tumour in Proximal Humerus
Abstract
Aggressive Giant Cell Tumour (GCT) in
juxta-articular portion of the proximal humerus
isdifficult to treat. We are presenting
a case of aggressive giant cell tumour
in proximal humerus oftwenty two
yrs female its management with en-bloc
resection of the tumour and reconstruction
ofproximal humerus with autologous
avascular fibular graft clinical, radiological
functional outcome afterreconstruction.
