PERFORATION OF SMALL BOWEL LYMPHOMA - A CASE REPORT

Abstract


Malignant tumors of small bowel contribute
only 1.1 to 2.4 of all gastro intestinal
tract malignancies. Among these, lymphomas
contribute 10 -15. Of all lymphomas
primary Gastrointestinal Lymphomas
account for 5, of which one third occurs
from small bowel. Its manifestation
as perforation is uncommon. We report a
case of small bowel lymphoma presenting
as perforation.
