SICK SINUS SYNDROME WITH PERMANENT PACEMAKER IMPLANTATION AND PREGNANCY-A RARE CASE REPORT.
Abstract
This case report describes the pregnancy
and delivery of a woman with a
permanent pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome
and reviews the principles of management
of pregnancy with permanent
pacemaker. Her pregnancy and labour
were uneventful. There were no maternal
and neonatal complications. Since the
association of pregnancy and pacemaker
is rare, we present our experience and
management of this case.
