Abstract


Parafoveal telangiectasia is a disease of the perifoveal capillaries associated with loss of outer nuclear layers and development of a cystic zone within the retinal layers that can progress to macular hole or subretinal neovascularisation. PFT MACTEL is a diagnostic challenge as it may mimic other macular lesions. Here we present an interesting case of macular telangiectasia referred as a case of macular hole for further management
