An interesting case of traumatic sub-conjunctival IOL dislocation
Abstract
In pseudophakic eyes, dislocation of intraocular lens is a serious complication. Hereby we present a case of subconjunctival dislocation of intraocular lens (pseudophacocele) following blunt ocular trauma managed by removal of dislocated IOL rendering the eye aphakic with secondary IOL planned at a later date.
