KIMURA DISEASE OF PAROTID GLAND - A CASE REPORT
Abstract
Kimura disease or eosinophilic lymphogranuloma is a rare cause of painless, progressive, enlargement of salivary glands. It is a chronic inflammatory condition of an unknown etiology. Most commonly encountered as a diagnostic surprise on the histopathological examination, it has been found associated with atopy, allergy and nephritis.
