Abstract


Kimuras disease is a rare chronic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology, Most common in middle aged Asian. It usually presents as deep subcutaneous swelling and lymphadenopathy of head and neck region. We are   presenting here a very rare case of Kimuras disease   presenting as parotid swelling in adult.
