The first two categories are usually  benign but some in the third group are malignant .We hereby are reporting a case of Steroid cell tumor Not Otherwise Specified (benign) in a postmenopausal women with  complaints of lower abdominal pain and excessive growth of hair over the chin and upperlip with mild elevation of serum Testosterone(total) levels.
