SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA IN CHRONIC LYMPHEDEMA- A RARE CASE IN FILARIAL LEG
Abstract
60 year old female presented with swelling of left lower limb for past 40 years and ulcer lower leg for past 5 years. A single ulcer seen over distal leg and dorsum of foot. Wedge biopsy showed infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma. This case is presented for its rarity.
