PREMACULAR SUBHYALOID HAEMORRHAGE DRAINAGE BY NdYAG LASER HYALOIDOTOMY
Abstract
Valsalva retinopathy is a unilateral or bilateral condition presenting with premacular haemorrhage, leading to sudden painless vision loss. Treatment with NdYAG membranotomy along the inferior margin of preretinal haemorrhage hastens recovery.
