A rare case report of Nasal chondrosarcoma - A diagnostic dilemma

Abstract

I would like to present a rare case of a Nasal                           Chondrosarcoma in 20yr old boy who came with complaints of Epistaxis and Nasal obstruction. He had a nasal mass on either nasal cavity which was confirmed malignancy. The disease took a radical turn in the patient as he had sudden loss of vision and emergency endoscopic orbital   decompression was done despite the diagnosis of a malignancy and he recovered vision. This case is being             presented for the confusing picture the radiology gave us as opposed to the tissue pathology and to highlight the role of quality of life improving surgery in patients with malignancy.
