VANISHING TUMOR OF INFANCY (INFANTILE HEMANGIOENDOTHELIOMA)
Abstract
A case of infantile hemangioendothelioma presenting as abdominal distension and scalp hemangioma in infant which was managed successfully with oral prednisolone and propronolol resulting in improvement of symptoms and regression of tumor within 6 months.
