A rare case of congenital cholesteatoma
Abstract
Congenital cholesteatoma is a rare entity which usually develops due to congenital embryonic rests in the middle ear and is seen as a white mass behind an intact tympanic membrane. A case of extensive congenital cholesteatoma in a 15 year old female who presented with facial palsy is discussed here.
