A RARE CASE OF BREAST TUBERCULOSIS - CASE REPORT

SYED RAJ R

Abstract

Tuberculosis of breast is a rare disease, mostly because  organs or tissues like the breast, skeletal muscle and spleen are most resistant to infection, making the survival and   multiplication of the tubercle bacilli difficult. We are presenting a case of 29 year old female with right sided tuberculosis of breast, she was treated with primary excision biopsy followed by ATT CAT-1. Rarity of the condition prompts us to publish the case report.
