LARYNGEAL FRAMEWORK SURGERY - A CASE REPORT

Abstract


This 18 year old male patient presented to us with a history of persistence of childhood voice which did not  improve with speech therapy. He was treated with type 3 thyroplasty and showed improvement in voice.
