Forearm Non-Union With Crooked Deformity Management - Case Report

Abstract


We report a case of non union of fracture both bones forearm with crooked deformity for 15 years which was managed with dual onlay bone grafting and cancellous graft at the fracture site ( Boyds technique ) and achieved good radiological outcome ,deformity correction and good functional outcome in a elderly male patient with one 1 year follow up .It shows that the procedure is effective and safe in addressing resistant non union with shortening and soft tissue contracture.
