Hypothenar Algesia (Hypothenar Hammer Syndrome ) is a rare disease of palmar ulnar artery caused by repetitive blunt trauma to thenar area of hand. It typically occurs in dominant hand of middle aged manual workers. Treatment modality ranges from anti-platelet aggregation therapy to a surgical excision of the affected vessel.
