KARPAGAJOTHI J .

Abstract

Abstract- During cadaveric dissection of volar           surface of forearm of 65 yrs old South Indian male cadaver, we observed accessory bellies arising from under surface of flexor digitorum superficialis(FDS)bilaterally . Accessory bellies on both sides were supplied by anterior interosseous nerve (AIN) and the accessory muscle belly on the right side was posterior to anterior interossous nerve and the accessory muscle bellies on the left side were anterior to it.
