ARUN .

Abstract

Tuberculoma of the brain is a major neurological problem in developing countries. It forms 12-30 percentage of all intracranial masses(1). They most frequently occur in the cerebral hemispheres and basal ganglia in adults and               cerebellum in children. Cavernous sinus involvement of           tuberculoma is rare. We thus report a case of tuberculoma en plaque, an unusual form of tuberculoma involving the             cavernous sinus and emphasize the importance of high index of suspicion especially in our country.
