A CASE REPORT OF Wolfram (DIDMOAD) syndrome a rare hereditary neurodegenerative disorder

Abstract


Abstract :

        we report here a 15 year old female patient, known case of type-1 Diabetes Mellitus on insulin for the past 5 years, admitted in our hospital with complaints of reducing visual acuity and increased frequency of micturition. Further     evaluation revealed her to be a case of Wolfram Syndrome.
