Abstract : A 55 year old male patient who presented with
ruptured hydatid cyst was posted for laparotomy. He was a
known case progressive kyphoscoliosis with ankylosing
spondylitis. A preoperative assessment of difficult intubation
was done. He was successfully intubated using intubating
laryngeal mask airway after trial laryngoscopy failed.Intra
