A Case of Double Aortic Arch
Abstract
Vascular rings comprise an estimated 1% of Cardiovascular malformations and double aortic arch is the common symptomatic type. Here we describe a case of double aortic arch in a 9 month old infant who presented with stridor and recurrent respiratory tract infection, confirmed by MR arteriogram WITH 3D reconstruction.
