Abstract


            Long standing untreated primary hypothyroidism is a rare cause of incomplete isosexual precocity in both boys and girls and occurs in association with impaired growth and         delayed skeletal maturation. It is a FSH dominated sexual precocity combined with a delayed bone age in the presence of hypothyroidism. The syndrome is completely reversible after treatment with levothyroxine.

 Keywords: Vaginal bleeding, ovarian cysts, stunting, delayed bone age, extremely raised TSH , low LH.
