Multiple Concealed Left Sided Accessory Atrioventricular Pathways with a structurally Normal Heart
Abstract
Tachycardia mediated by atrioventricular (AV) accessory pathways known as atrioventricular re-entry tachycardia (AVRT) is the most common cause of supraventricular tachycardia in the paediatric age group. Multiple accessory AV pathways are common on the right side and usually associated with structural cardiac abnormalities. We observed the unusual coexistence of multiple left sided AV accessory pathways in a patient with a structurally normal heart.
