Abstract


The keen interest that has developed in this century regarding the function of right ventricle and various mechanism involved in development  of right heart failure,has led to the proper understanding and management of right heart failure.The right ventricle failure can be attributed to various causes,this is a case report of a patient who presented to us with features of RV failure,whose disease course had many twists and turns.
