An unusual presentation of Chelitis Granulomatosa involving the Lips and Larynx

Abstract


Cheilitis granulomatosa is a chronic swelling of the lips due to granulomatous inflammation. We present a 38 year old female with complaints of asymptomatic lip swelling since 1year and difficulty in breathing since 15 days. A biopsy stained with H and E was also done which was suggestive of granulomatous cheilitis. This case is reported as granulomatous lesions involving the lips is common but involvement of the larynx is unusual.
