Revathi A Asokan A .

Abstract

Congenital adrenal hypoplasia is a rare disorder with an estimated frequency of around 1 case per 12,500 births. It is a lethal disease unless promptly recognized and appropriately treated. It most commonly presents in the neonatal period and often present in crisis with dehydration, hyponatremia, hyperkalemia, hypotension, or hypoglycemia. We report a rare case of bilateral congenital adrenal hypoplasia which presented in our institute.
