A rare case report of multiple primary malignancies in a single patient

Abstract


The occurrence of multiple primary malignancies is rare. Only a few cases
and patient reviews of an association of Triple malignancy have been reported.Case presentation We
report here a case of a 42-year-old woman presenting with a metastatic carcinoma breast,she had
been earlier treated for acute lymphoblastic leukemia L 1 type and mucoepidermoid carcinoma of Rt
parotid at age of 23years and 27years. She had a normal life for 15 years, then she developed a
carcinoma breast with liver and brain metastasis. We discuss her treatment and also present a brief
review of the literature. She is presently undergoing chemotherapy. This case is being presented for
its rarity.
