A CASE OF ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME PRESENTING AS ACUTE ABDOMEN

NARENDRAKUMAR V NARENDRAKUMAR V

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is one of the
leading causes of mortality in both developed
and developing nations. One of the
most dreaded complications of myocardial
infarction is thrombo embolic manifestation.
Here we are reporting an unusual
presentation of acute anterior wall
myocardial infarction presenting as mesenteric
ischemia and acute pancreatitis
due to embolic manifestation.
